Lavash with garlic cheese topping

15-30 minutes 6 Portion Appetizer

This recipe can truly be completed in just three steps. 1 - Place the lavash on the baking sheet, 2 - add the topping, 3 - into the oven. It’s that simple and quick! However, the result is incredibly delicious, as the crispy lavash, warm, stretchy cheese, and garlic mayonnaise combined with herbs create a flavorful trio. If you want to enhance the recipe, you can also add slices of ham, chicken fillet, or drained tuna beneath the cheese layer, resulting in a thin-crust pizza. Enjoy your meal!

Preparation

One-two-three and ready!

Spread the lavash flat on the baking sheet and fold the edges inward (press at the crease) to create a rectangle the size of the baking sheet. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and minced garlic, then spread this mixture over the lavash. Scatter the chopped herbs on top and cover with grated cheese. Bake at 230 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned and the edges of the lavash are crispy. It tastes especially good when served warm from the oven but can also be enjoyed cold
