There are many ways to prepare jar salad—you can choose the ingredients you like! For example, you can create a delicious and nutritious salad as follows:
First, prepare the dressing. You can use either mayonnaise on its own or mix it with Greek yogurt or plain yogurt. Once the dressing is ready, add a layer of your choice: pasta, rice, chickpeas, or quinoa. Don’t forget to include plenty of greens and vegetables. We recommend adding tomato, carrot, corn, cabbage, cucumber, arugula, and spinach to your jar. Layer the chosen ingredients into the jars, and voilà, you have a tasty salad ready in no time!
