Preparation
Beat the eggs with milk and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Grease a large six-cup muffin tin with butter or line it with baking paper. Fill the muffin cups with smoked chicken, spinach, and tomato slices. Pour the egg mixture over the filling and add your favorite fresh herbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Grate Parmesan cheese on top when serving.
