Croissant with salmon and pear salad
Salmon combined with juicy, sweet pear is a unique pairing. You can also swap the pear for a sweet apple or fig halves. For cheese lovers, a slice of blue cheese can complement this perfectly. This recipe works well as an appetizer or a light snack.
Preparation
Chop the fish into smaller pieces and dice the pear into small cubes. Mix them together with Provansaal Premium mayonnaise and season with salt and dill. Make a slit on the side of the croissant. First, fill it with salad, then add the fish salad, and finally tuck in the slices of radish.
