The story of the birth of Head Chef’s Mayonnaise began with a demanding Estonian head chef in search of a mayonnaise that would maintain its form and not run when served on a tiger prawn. This marked the beginning of the project. Tarplan’s hard-working mayonnaise specialists put their minds together and created a mayonnaise that is rich, yet silky and holds its shape firmly, so that everyone can enjoy a real head chef’s mayonnaise at home.
